hextaui-settings-preferences

formminimal-flat

A client-side React settings card for appearance, regional formats, and accessibility preferences. It ships as a shadcn registry block, keeps edits in local state, and delegates persistence through an optional save callback. It relies on local shadcn Button, Card, Field, Select, Separator, and Switch primitives, the cn utility, Lucide icons, and Radix packages.

Verdict

A useful settings scaffold with sensible state and save boundaries, but it is not production-ready unchanged because the accessibility scan found an unsupported ARIA attribute. It also needs a shadcn-style setup to build and mount, so adopt it only if you can supply the local primitives and fix the flagged markup.

Use it if

  • You need a broad account preferences screen with controlled initial values and an async save hook.
  • Your app already uses shadcn-style primitives, Tailwind theme tokens, and path aliases.
  • You want appearance, locale, display, and accessibility choices grouped in one responsive card.

Skip it if

  • Your accessibility gate cannot accept an unresolved unsupported ARIA attribute flagged by automated testing.
  • You need a framework-neutral form that can be copied without local shadcn infrastructure.
  • You expect these controls to apply themes, locale formatting, or accessibility behavior by themselves rather than only returning saved values.
  • Your supported languages, time zones, or formats must come from dynamic product data instead of the included fixed option lists.

In a non-shadcn project, add React, Lucide icons, the required Radix Slot, Label, Separator, Select, and Switch packages, plus Tailwind utilities and compatible theme tokens. Create equivalent Button, Card, Field, Select, Separator, and Switch components, provide a cn class-merging helper, and configure the source path aliases.
