A practical starting form with useful conditional fields and a clean callback boundary, but it is not ready to ship unchanged because verified accessibility defects need correction. It also needs a shadcn-style setup; the bare project cannot resolve the expected shared utility module.

Use it if

  • You need a ready-made task form inside an existing shadcn-style React application.
  • Your task model already uses compatible status and priority values.
  • You want optional project and assignee controls driven by arrays supplied by the parent.

Skip it if

  • You need an accessible release without first fixing the unnamed icon button and unsupported ARIA usage.
  • Your application does not use shadcn-style aliases, theme tokens, utility classes, and shared UI primitives.
  • You need schema validation, field-level error messages, or built-in persistence rather than a callback-only form.
  • Your task taxonomy differs substantially from the fixed status and priority choices.
