Do not publish this as a working component yet. Installation fails because the referenced Tailark button registry item cannot be found, so the block never builds or mounts. After that registry link is repaired, it still needs a shadcn-style setup and application-owned form wiring.

  • You plan to connect validation, submission, and consent routing yourself.
  • Your Tailwind setup supports the block's theme tokens and container-query variants.
