Measured entry
tripled-glass-account-settings-card-shadcnui
pricingglassmorphismmotion on file
A client-side React and TypeScript account and subscription settings card shipped as a shadcn registry component. It combines security, notification, plan, and billing sections, with Framer Motion entry animation and reduced-motion handling. It relies on Tailwind theme tokens, Lucide, and local shadcn Badge, Button, Label, and Switch primitives.

What the harness recorded
BARE BUILD
✗ Build failed in 1m 25s error during build: [vite:load-fallback] Could not load <sandbox>/src/lib/utils (imported by src/components/ui/badge.tsx): ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '<sandbox>/src/lib/utils'
Verdict
A solid starting point for a polished account area. The layout is coherent and responsive, and its reduced-motion handling is thoughtful. It is still a static shell whose actions need wiring, and it needs a shadcn-style setup because the bare project cannot resolve the shared utility and local UI primitives.
Use it if
- You need an account billing overview with security and notification controls in one responsive card.
- Your app already uses shadcn primitives and Tailwind theme tokens, so its local imports and glass styling fit naturally.
- You want restrained entrance animation that respects reduced-motion preferences.
Skip it if
- You need working billing or security flows out of the box; every action must be wired to product logic.
- Your project is not built around shadcn-style aliases and primitives and you do not want to recreate that support layer.
- You are minimizing client-side dependency weight; Framer Motion is required for a single entrance effect.
- You need a compact settings control rather than a large, multi-section account dashboard.
Install
| Declared dependencies | framer-motion, react, radix-ui |
|---|---|
| Missing on install | none |
| Bare install | fails once the shadcn-style helpers are removed, so it needs that setup |
| Provider | no provider required in the harness |
In a non-shadcn project, add Tailwind with the expected color and border tokens, configure the @ alias, provide the shared cn utility under src/lib/utils, and install or recreate Badge, Button, Label, and Switch. Add React, Framer Motion, Lucide, and the Radix-backed primitive dependencies, then wire each action to real account and billing services.
