Verdict

A solid, restrained wrapper when your stack already matches its assumptions. The verified app build and mount are clean, but the bare-project check did not complete, so it needs a shadcn-style setup rather than being treated as drop-in React code.

Use it if

  • You need profile previews or supplemental context that opens from a compact trigger.
  • Your app already uses Radix primitives and shadcn-style Tailwind conventions.
  • You want editable source with alignment, delay, and placement options inherited from Radix.

Skip it if

  • The content is essential to completing a task and must remain visible without hover or focus.
  • Your project does not use Tailwind theme tokens or shadcn-style utility helpers.
  • A simple tooltip would communicate the same short message with less dependency weight.
