A solid fit for shadcn apps that need multiple discrete dates across adjacent months. It builds, mounts, stays contained across the tested layouts, and raises no automated accessibility findings. It needs a shadcn-style setup and is not a drop-in choice for a bare React project.

Use it if

  • You need users to pick several non-contiguous dates from adjacent months.
  • Your app already follows shadcn aliases, theme tokens, and shared UI primitive conventions.
  • You want a controlled selection that can feed availability, scheduling, or exclusion workflows.

Skip it if

  • You need a date range, time selection, recurrence rules, or event rendering rather than discrete dates.
  • You want a standalone package that works without copying shadcn support files and theme styles.
  • You cannot accept the added date-picker dependency footprint for a small form.
