Measured entry
tailark-veil-forgot-password-1
A full-page forgot-password form with a branded header, email input, reset action, and sign-in link. It ships as a Tailark shadcn registry block for Next.js, importing Link plus local Logo, Button, Card, Input, and Label components styled with Tailwind utility and theme classes.

What the harness recorded
BARE BUILD
✗ Build failed in 968ms error during build: [vite]: Rollup failed to resolve import "class-variance-authority" from "<sandbox>re-8d49604613ca/src/components/ui/card.tsx".
Verdict
Do not adopt it from the current registry as-is. Installation stops because the referenced Tailark button dependency resolves to a missing registry URL, so the block never builds or mounts. Even after that is fixed, it needs a shadcn-style setup and local primitives.
Use it if
- You already use Next.js, Tailwind, and shadcn-compatible component aliases.
- You want a focused password-reset screen with a branded header and a route back to sign-in.
Skip it if
- You need a framework-neutral form or do not use Next.js routing.
- You need a drop-in block that installs successfully from the current registry.
- Your design system does not provide the expected logo and shadcn-style primitives.
Install
| Declared dependencies | clsx, tailwind-merge |
|---|---|
| Missing on install | none |
| Bare install | fails once the shadcn-style helpers are removed, so it needs that setup |
| Provider | no provider required in the harness |
A non-shadcn project must add Tailwind theme utilities, the configured component alias, Next.js Link or an adapter, a Logo, and compatible Button, Card, Input, and Label primitives. The missing Tailark button registry entry must also be replaced or restored before installation can succeed.
