Verdict

Do not adopt it from the current registry as-is. Installation stops because the referenced Tailark button dependency resolves to a missing registry URL, so the block never builds or mounts. Even after that is fixed, it needs a shadcn-style setup and local primitives.

  • You already use Next.js, Tailwind, and shadcn-compatible component aliases.
  • You want a focused password-reset screen with a branded header and a route back to sign-in.

Skip it if

  • You need a framework-neutral form or do not use Next.js routing.
