Measured entry
tailark-veil-forgot-password-2
A minimal forgot-password screen shipped as a shadcn registry block. It renders an email form and sign-in link using Next.js Link, Tailwind theme utilities, and local Logo, Button, Input, and Label components supplied through Tailark registry dependencies.

What the harness recorded
BARE BUILD
✗ Build failed in 1.11s error during build: [vite]: Rollup failed to resolve import "@radix-ui/react-slot" from "<sandbox>re-60dc308f6b32/src/components/ui/button.tsx".
Verdict
A tidy shell for an auth flow, but it is not currently installable: the Tailark button registry dependency returns an HTTP not-found response, so the build never starts. It needs a shadcn-style setup plus a repaired or locally supplied button component. Avoid it if you need a drop-in block now.
Use it if
- You already use a shadcn-style Next.js app and can supply the referenced UI primitives locally.
- You need a compact password-reset entry screen whose form action and submission behavior will be wired by your application.
- Your design system exposes the Tailwind theme tokens used by the block.
Skip it if
- You need a registry install that works today, because the referenced Tailark button dependency resolves to a missing registry URL.
- Your app is not based on Next.js and you do not want to replace its Link component.
- You want a complete password-reset workflow with validation feedback, request handling, and success or error states included.
Install
| Declared dependencies | clsx, tailwind-merge |
|---|---|
| Missing on install | none |
| Bare install | fails once the shadcn-style helpers are removed, so it needs that setup |
| Provider | no provider required in the harness |
A non-shadcn project must add compatible Logo, Button, Input, and Label components, configure the component import alias and Tailwind theme tokens, and provide Next.js Link or replace it with the router link used by the app. Until the broken button registry reference is fixed, install that primitive locally and update the import.
