Verdict

Do not adopt it directly from the current registry. Installation fails because the Tailark button dependency resolves to a missing registry resource, so the component never builds or mounts. Even after that dependency is repaired, it needs a shadcn-style setup and application-owned reset behavior.

Use it if

  • You already use Next.js and can supply the password-reset action and navigation targets.
  • Your design system exposes compatible logo, button, input, and label primitives.
  • You want a focused full-page recovery form with minimal surrounding content.

Skip it if

  • You need a registry block that installs successfully from the published source today.
  • Your app is not based on Next.js or does not use Tailwind theme utilities.
  • You need built-in reset submission, validation feedback, or success and error states.
