Measured entry
tailark-veil-forgot-password-3
A compact forgot-password page shipped as a Tailark shadcn registry block for Next.js. Its source renders a logo, email field, submit button, and sign-in link, and depends on Tailwind theme classes plus Tailark-provided shadcn-style Logo, Button, Input, and Label components.

What the harness recorded
BARE BUILD
✗ Build failed in 833ms error during build: [vite]: Rollup failed to resolve import "@radix-ui/react-label" from "<sandbox>re-4c05590f2837/src/components/ui/label.tsx".
Verdict
Do not adopt it directly from the current registry. Installation fails because the Tailark button dependency resolves to a missing registry resource, so the component never builds or mounts. Even after that dependency is repaired, it needs a shadcn-style setup and application-owned reset behavior.
Use it if
- You already use Next.js and can supply the password-reset action and navigation targets.
- Your design system exposes compatible logo, button, input, and label primitives.
- You want a focused full-page recovery form with minimal surrounding content.
Skip it if
- You need a registry block that installs successfully from the published source today.
- Your app is not based on Next.js or does not use Tailwind theme utilities.
- You need built-in reset submission, validation feedback, or success and error states.
Install
| Declared dependencies | clsx, tailwind-merge |
|---|---|
| Missing on install | none |
| Bare install | fails once the shadcn-style helpers are removed, so it needs that setup |
| Provider | no provider required in the harness |
A non-shadcn project must add Tailwind-compatible theme tokens and utility classes, provide local Logo, Button, Input, and Label equivalents, configure the import alias, support Next.js Link or replace it, and wire the form to a password-reset endpoint. The missing Tailark button registry dependency must also be replaced or restored.
