Verdict

A substantial dashboard starter that renders responsively, but it is still a static mock with inert controls and accessibility cleanup to do. It needs a shadcn-style setup, and the chart plus motion stack makes it a poor fit for a small weather card.

Use it if

  • You need a complete weather dashboard shell and will replace the bundled sample data with your own API response.
  • Your app already uses shadcn conventions, Tailwind theme tokens, Lucide, Recharts, and Framer Motion.
  • You want responsive forecast cards, charting, air quality, and alert sections in one editable component.

Skip it if

  • You need working refresh, view switching, radar, or export behavior without implementing those actions yourself.
  • You need a lightweight weather summary and do not want charting and animation dependencies.
  • You cannot budget time to fix widespread text contrast issues and conflicting main landmarks.
  • Your project does not use Tailwind or shadcn-style path aliases and theme tokens.
