Verdict

A sound, accessible disabled-state snippet for teams already using Origin UI conventions. It builds and mounts in the prepared harness, but the bare mount fails because it needs a shadcn-style setup, especially the shared utility module and registry import structure.

Use it if

  • You need a consistent disabled comment field with an associated label.
  • Your app already uses the Origin UI registry structure and its theme tokens.
  • You want a small reference for disabled styling and label wiring.

Skip it if

  • Users must be able to type into the field, since this example is always disabled.
