A solid fit for booking flows: it builds, mounts, stays within the tested viewports, and presents the range constraint clearly. It is not drop-in for a bare React app and needs a shadcn-style setup, including the shared Calendar primitive and utility wiring.

Use it if

  • You need a stay or booking range picker with an enforced minimum and maximum duration.
  • Your product already uses shadcn's Calendar primitive and utility conventions.
  • You want adjacent-month context that collapses cleanly on narrow screens.

Skip it if

  • You need a single-date picker, free-form date entry, or time selection.
  • Your app is not prepared to adopt shadcn aliases, theme tokens, and the shared class-name helper.
  • The added calendar dependencies are too much for a rarely used interaction.
