originui-comp-87

buttonminimal-flat

A secondary email action button with a leading mail icon and a trailing arrow that shifts on hover. Verdict

A tidy, focused preset for an email action, with sensible icon semantics and restrained hover feedback. It needs a shadcn-style setup and will not mount as a bare drop-in because its shared Button expects the local utility module and project aliases.

Use it if

  • You need a compact email call to action with clear directional feedback.
  • Your app already uses shadcn conventions, Tailwind theme tokens, and Lucide icons.
  • You want the label and both icons to remain easy to replace in source.

Skip it if

  • Your project does not use Tailwind or shadcn-style path aliases and utilities.
  • You need a mail link out of the box, since this renders a button without navigation behavior.
  • You want to avoid adding an icon library and the shared Button primitive for one control.

In a non-shadcn project, add the Button primitive and its class-name utility, configure the source alias, provide the Tailwind color tokens used by the secondary variant, and install Radix UI, Lucide React, and class variance authority. Wire an onClick handler or replace the control with a link when the action must open email.
